Below are some before and after photos of a recent repair and refinish project for a high end kitchen remodeling job. The old antique stove hood came from France in bad shape. It needed to be squared and soldered at all joints before cleaning and refinish. Projects like this one are expensive to do. Everything is hand done and we used top end materials for the frame and patina. All worth it in the end, as the finished product speaks for itself.

Antique cast iron pan before repair
We can do a variety of small repair jobs to meet your needs This broken pan was repaired so that it would work as good as new. Some evidence of the repair will always be apparent because the pan was made of antique cast iron. This material is very brittle and can crack easily if dropped on a harder surface. We cleaned and brushed the repair area and welded the broken piece back into place from the front and back. After welding the repair we grind it smooth to conform with the original lines of the pan.Cost was $50 plus finishing cost and shipping back to the customer. This job took about a day to repair and ship out.
