Custom Design and Fabricated by Wisconsin Iron Works
This two step railing which uses the popular Vine and Scroll insert design makes any custom railing look elegant and upscale. The railing has cast knobs and a two inch molded hand rail. Made of solid steel, it weighs in at about 100 LBS. Four inch square mounting foot plates keep the railing secured to the concrete slab. We use special concrete bolts to lock down the railing so there is no lateral movement of the unit. Cost is under $2000, installed.
Straight Iron Railings
This custom railing illustrates one our very basic designs with decorative baskets incorporated in the balusters. The unfinished sample has been grinded and prepared for painting or powder coating. All of our railing products are either painted with three coats of rust inhibiting primer and three more coats of high quality enamel paint.
These detail photos show two ways we mount our railings and fences. Most railings over 4 feet long will need support points along the run.
Our custom ornamental steel railings for stairs and balconies or other areas that may need a safety railing or barrier. Our products are designed to meet local building codes when used in the home or garden. For strong heavy duty commercial needs we can comply with all industrial code regulations.

Stair railing systems

Photo shows the stair landing and guard railing required to meet various building code.
This entire stairway was originally made of soft cedar which didn't hold up well after 10 years of use. All the original wood was covered with 3/4 inch red oak boards. This railing was designed to fit the space and made in sections so it could be installed as one piece using hidden connectors.
We have a variety of hand rail styles to choose from, in wood, steel or ceramic and glass.
We have made lots of different items over the years. Many were made for a single purpose or use. Every item that we have produced is still being used, today. We can provide you with references regarding the quality of our work from many of our clients.
